The 16-ply Gretsch Mahogany/Maple Snare Drum collection gives you the best of both worlds…the sound and feel of Mahogany, and the sound and feel of Maple. The assortment will cover any sound and musical preference you have.
The snare are designed with a sharp 30 degree bearing edge, have a very cutting attack and powerful back beat with just the right amount dark undertone. 
Finished in a beautiful gloss lacquer and are completed with Tilco Snare Wires, 2.5mm Triple Flange Hoops, and our newly designed Full Range Throw off & Butt Plate.
